We offer Housekeeping cottages on beautiful Sparrow Lake.  Our Lake is on the southern border of Muskoka and is famous for pleasure boating and fishing. We are part of the Trent-Severn Waterway and so have water access to Georgian Bay and Lake Ontario. Housekeeping is defined as: we provide a clean furnished cottage and you provide your own bed linens, towels, and food.

We are 90 minutes from Toronto.

Hilltop Cottage

A three bedroom cabin with a full kitchen, electric heat, bathroom with a shower, and a screened porch. It shares a 20 acre lot on 700 feet of natural shoreline with Duck Bay Cottage on Sparrow Lake's Duck Bay. It also shares a dock with the Duck Bay Cottage.
This cottage is closer to the road.

 Rates:  $680 weekly
            $195  daily
            $360 3day weekend

Duck Bay Cottage
1132 Grandview Lodge Road
A three bedroom cabin with a full kitchen, electric heat, bathroom with a shower, and a screened porch. It shares a 20 acre lot on 700 feet of natural shoreline on Duck Bay  with Hilltop Cottage.
It also shares a dock with the Hilltop Cottage.
This cottage is closer to the lake

 Rates:  $750 weekly
            $195  daily
            $360 3day weekend
