Mount Royal / Royal Stuart - Bertha Roehl married August Schulz in 1874. She had Mount Royal built in 1906 and they operated it until 1920 at which time their youngest son Harry and his wife Myrtle took over. They operated it until 1938 when it was sold to Harry Stuart of Cleveland , Ohio. They renamed the resort Royal Stuart. It was later sold and resold, being named Cliff House and finally Sunscape.
